Hosting (Center)
Avalanche Online is hosted by specialized partners. We choose for quality providers. The reason for choosing different parties in multiple physical locations, is laid in the fact that we will guarantee you the highest quality of online services. We strive to do this climate neutral. These hosting facilities have efficient emergency power supply cycles, power generation (free cooling) equipment and they aim reuse of excess heat. We offer you not only the quality but we also take into account our surroundings.
Back-up policy
The Avalanche Online Platform, thus also your data, is backed-up several times a day. The back-up will be restored in case of emergencies (eg. Fire and/or natural disasters), according standard procedures. For questions please contact our Service desk (servicedesk@avalanche-online.nl).
